Junior Partner Manager IPAI Foundation (m/w/d)

• Actively support our partners and build stable, trusting relationships through professional engagement. You ensure the content-driven quality of our collaboration through structured preparation and follow-up of meetings and take responsibility for the reliable tracking of project milestones and timelines.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects directly at the forefront of pioneering AI innovations
• Help shape the Partner Management of the IPAI Foundation by optimizing our CRM as a central database, establishing scalable processes and contract templates, and contributing your own ideas for continuous development
• Coordinate internal interfaces through the structured bundling, and qualification of inquiries regarding existing or new partner activities to ensure seamless collaboration
• Analyze the ecosystem through systematic research and identify growth opportunities for our network by first qualifying and evaluating potential partners based on portfolio gaps and governance criteria
  

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field and bring initial relevant professional experience, ideally in partner management, project management, or the development of innovation ecosystems
• You are passionate about technological change and bring a strong enthusiasm as well as a solid understanding of the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence
• Ideally, you have experience in the implementation or administration of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
• You navigate confidently within the intersection of business, science, and the public sector – experience in a foundation or non-profit environment is a real plus
• You work in an extremely structured and independent manner, maintaining an overview even in a highly dynamic environment. You enjoy translating complex workflows into efficient processes as well as master digital tools with confidence
• You communicate confidently in German and English
