Paris has shown the way, now it’s Heilbronn’s turn. We are bringing the successful format to Germany! In a unique cooperation with Hi!Paris, the IPAI Foundation together with NXTGN are bringing the legendary Hi!ckathon, one of the most important international hackathons with a focus on social impact, to the Zukunftspark in Heilbronn.
We are proud to have gained a renowned international partner from France in HI!Paris and to be able to host this international lighthouse event. It’s a wonderful confirmation of the relevance that our Global Home of Human AI now has in Europe.
What is it all about? Immerse yourself in our 4-day kick-off camp and the subsequent 3-day hackathon. Here, researchers and students from education meet techies, creators and AI talents from all over the world. Together, you will develop bold ideas for the school of tomorrow – supported by the proven concept from Paris: challenges, international teams and maximum impact.
Are you wondering? What is a hackathon? A creative sprint event in which teams build solutions in a short space of time. Important: You don’t have to be a professional in AI or programming! What counts is your perspective, curiosity and the desire to make a difference.

Individualized learning support
Every classroom is diverse – learning levels, speeds and needs vary widely. How can AI help teachers enable truly personalized learning paths without adding complexity to everyday teaching?
Corrections in language subjects
Correcting language exams takes time and focus. How can AI support teachers with smart pre-corrections and meaningful feedback – without replacing pedagogical judgment?
Automation of administrative tasks
Teachers spend too much time on administration and too little on teaching. How can AI automate routine tasks and give educators back time for what really matters?
Bias scanner for school materials
Teaching materials shape perspectives and values. How can AI help detect hidden bias in texts and support teachers in creating fair, inclusive learning content?
Integration and simplification of digital communication
Too many channels, too much confusion. How can digital communication in schools be simplified, centralized, and made truly useful for teachers, students, and parents?
AI-supported parent mentoring
Parents want to support their children – but language and system barriers often stand in the way. How can AI empower parents and strengthen collaboration between families and schools?
